Abstract
This seminar explored the cultural diversity of small ethnic groups in Bangladesh. It examined challenges of preserving language, traditions, and heritage amid globalization and assimilation. Scholars highlighted issues of marginalization, representation, and resource allocation. The seminar concluded that cultural diversity enriches national identity and must be safeguarded through inclusive policies.
